At One Pacific Parking & Management, our absolute operational integrity prioritizes safeguarding personal data. This privacy standard details our security processing guidelines.
1. Information Collection
We capture data to deliver frictionless validations, including vehicle license plate recognition (LPR) stamps, terminal fee payments, and transient registrations during parking.
2. Use of Information
Registration and occupancy patterns are analyzed to calibrate pricing tiers, optimize site utilities, and check site security rosters. We do not sell driver data metrics.
3. Data Security
Proprietary cloud storage servers are calibrated using modern TLS encryption filters to safeguard validations from external unauthorized tampering.
Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 24, 2024
Welcome to One Pacific Parking & Management. Utilizing our facilities constitutes strict agreement with these operational standards.
1. Facility Usage
Motorists must follow posted velocity guidelines, spatial stripes, and parking validation criteria. Vehicles positioned in blocking arrays will be towed at the owner’s legal overhead.
2. Payment Obligations
Validations or transient utility fees must be completed prior to exit. Failure to check tickets or LPR registrations defaults to maximum standard daily cost guidelines.
3. Limitation of Liability
Property components manage smart automated analytics but assume no direct guard liabilities for fire, storage loss, or theft inside facilities. Parking resides at motorist risk.
